It is the thought of improvement and joy at work and the extent to which employees can enhance their personal lives through their work environment and experiences. Quality of work life is a concern which not only improves life at work but also life outside work. it should aim all employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.

Occupational health care: A safe environment is important for the employee to enjoy work-life. The work should not emit any health hazards. There must be immediate health care provided while injury.
Safety measures must be taken by every department.
Suitable working time: Companies must observe the standard working hours and also keep limitations in the overtime, time of vacation and taking free days before the national holiday.
Appropriate salary: Proper salary must be provided to the employee. As salary involves one’s living for the family as well as self-satisfaction. The employee and the employer agree upon certain appropriate salaries.
Recognition of work-life issues: Issues related to work-life must be addressed by the higher authorities that do they are happy with the job role or do they need any sort of training and numerous other issues.
If this addressed properly then there will be a people-centered organization.
Training to facilitators: if the employee does not know any job then they must be provided training. Conduct focus groups and provide them with the required knowledge. After the structure of groups and their study on various issues and set of information, the information should be interpreted to give a right direction to organizational activities.
Reward and recognition: As an employer, you must make sure that your employee is happy and give them recognition and rewards to their hardship. Giving rewards and recognition will motivate them to do their best and also shows that the company needs them. Always make time for them to discuss any details for the betterment of the organization as it will be helpful.
